Vixo is a free-to-play brain-training game. These terms explain the rules for using it — including that in-game coins and rewards have no real-world value and no cash-out.
1. Acceptance
Vixo is a free-to-play brain-training game. By downloading, accessing or playing Vixo you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
Vixo is intended for players aged 13 and over. By using the app you confirm you meet this minimum age. Players who indicate they are under 13 are blocked from using the app.
3. Your account
We create an anonymous account for you on first launch; you may optionally sign in with Apple or Google to save and recover your progress. You are responsible for activity under your account. Your chosen display name and avatar are visible to other players on leaderboards and in groups — do not use a name that is offensive or that impersonates someone else.
4. Virtual coins & items
Vixo includes virtual currencies and items (such as coins and Neuro Gems) and a free daily reward. These have no real-world monetary value. They are a limited licence to use in-app features only, and cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for anything of monetary value. Rewards are free bonuses, not wagers — you never stake or risk real money, and there is no cash-out. We may add, change, expire or remove virtual items and adjust the in-game economy at any time.
5. Purchases
Any optional in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Purchased virtual items are consumables with no monetary value and, except where required by law or the store’s policy, are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by the relevant store.
6. Advertising
Vixo is free and supported by advertising, including rewarded video ads shown through Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.
7. Fair play & conduct
Play fair. Do not cheat, use bots or exploits, tamper with the app or our servers, or manipulate scores, leaderboards or rewards. In groups and chat, do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove content, reset scores, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
8. Your content
You are responsible for the messages and content you send in groups and chat. By posting, you grant us a licence to host, store and display that content to the other members of your group so the feature works. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users, and we may moderate or remove content and act on reports at our discretion.
9. Disclaimer & liability
Vixo is provided “as is”, for entertainment, without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of virtual items or progress.
10. Termination
You may stop using Vixo at any time and can delete your account and data from Settings inside the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms as the app evolves and will post changes here with a new date; continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
